All lofts and flats include a washer and dryer, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. the management team welcome approved pets and have a limit of 2 pets/animals per apartment. the community’s grounds are unique and include multiple outdoor fenced in dog runs and pet stations. the management team have a onetime non-refundable $250 pet fee and a non-refundable $30 per month pet fee. Please Residents pay electric and gas utilities. Water, sewer, trash and recycling are included. the community’s buildings, lofts and flats are non-smoking and non-vaping.
