Saucon Village provides graduate housing in the form of spacious, unfurnished apartments. Included in the apartment at arrival are a stove, refrigerator, and rods for curtains and shower curtains. Electricity is set up at the lease signing, and all other utilities (sewage, water, trash, internet, maintenance, and a shuttle to campus) are included in the price of rent. Saucon Village is an option for any graduate student—including students who wish to room with their spouse, partner or children. Saucon Village is made up of five buildings, with 130 apartments in total. These apartments come in efficiency, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom varieties. There is one leaseholder per apartment, meaning that any roommates are added by the primary resident, not by Housing Services. The village is located about three miles from Asa Packer Campus, and allows for a tranquil alternative to the bustle of South Bethlehem.
